Method
Wipe grill with olive oil and heat to medium high. Combine first 4 ingredients of goat cheese mixture in a small bowl. Roll out goat cheese and sprinkle on 1/2 of herb mixture, turn roll over and sprinkle on remaining herbs. Roll cheese back up, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate until needed. In a blender or food processor, combine all olive tapenade ingredients except olive oil. Using pulse button, process until coarsely chopped and well blended. With motor running add olive oil slowly. In a large mixing bowl, place burger ingredients and olive tapenade then mix until blended well. Shape into 6 round patties, grill 10-15 minutes or until done, turning once. When burgers are almost done, place buns, flat side down and grill until golden brown. Place buns on a platter and spread goat cheese mixture evenly on 6 halves of buns. Place burgers on, add tomato and lettuce, then close sandwich and serve.
