Grilled salmon is basted with a cooked glaze containing butter, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce and garlic.
In a medium saucepan melt butter. Add teriyaki sauce, brown sugar and garlic.
Cook on medium heat until liquid becomes thickened into a glaze. Put salmon fillets, skin side down, over medium heat on the grill. Baste with glaze as the salmon cooks. Cook until salmon flakes easily with a fork. If any glaze remains, reheat and use as a dip for the salmon.
