A spicy Asian inspired sauce dresses grilled chicken wings in this classic appetizer made over.

  • Servings: 8

2 Dozen Uncooked Chicken Wings
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
½ cup White Vinegar
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
¼ cup Soy Sauce
½-1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
⅛ tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
½ tsp Ginger
1½ cup Water

Combine all ingredients, except chicken wings, in a medium pot. Whisk mixture over medium heat until mixture turns into a glaze then remove from heat. Place uncooked chicken wings in a large glass dish, and cover with sauce, then marinate 1 hour. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce for basting. Over a medium hot grill, cook chicken wings for about 20 minutes. Continue to baste wings while cooking with reserved marinade--making sure you cook for at least 5 minutes after the final basting. Remove from grill and serve.
