|2||Dozen Uncooked Chicken Wings|
|1 cup||Packed Brown Sugar|
|3 Tbsp||All Purpose Flour|
|½ cup||White Vinegar|
|2 Tbsp||Minced Garlic|
|¼ cup||Soy Sauce|
|½-1 tsp||Cayenne Pepper|
|⅛ tsp||Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce|
Combine all ingredients, except chicken wings, in a medium pot. Whisk mixture over medium heat until mixture turns into a glaze then remove from heat. Place uncooked chicken wings in a large glass dish, and cover with sauce, then marinate 1 hour. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce for basting. Over a medium hot grill, cook chicken wings for about 20 minutes. Continue to baste wings while cooking with reserved marinade--making sure you cook for at least 5 minutes after the final basting. Remove from grill and serve.
This is a healthy alternative to traditional fried chicken wings.
