- Servings: 8
Ingredients:
| 2 | Dozen Uncooked Chicken Wings |
| 1 cup | Packed Brown Sugar |
| 3 Tbsp | All Purpose Flour |
| ½ cup | White Vinegar |
| 2 Tbsp | Minced Garlic |
| ¼ cup | Soy Sauce |
| ½-1 tsp | Cayenne Pepper |
| ⅛ tsp | Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce |
| ½ tsp | Ginger |
| 1½ cup | Water |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except chicken wings, in a medium pot. Whisk mixture over medium heat until mixture turns into a glaze then remove from heat. Place uncooked chicken wings in a large glass dish, and cover with sauce, then marinate 1 hour. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce for basting. Over a medium hot grill, cook chicken wings for about 20 minutes. Continue to baste wings while cooking with reserved marinade--making sure you cook for at least 5 minutes after the final basting. Remove from grill and serve.
