|1||Pork or Beef Tenderloin, cut into bite sized cubes|
|2||Large Bermuda Onions|
|2 cups||Italian Salad Dressing|
|1-2 tsp||Garlic Powder|
Marinate shrimp and beef in dressing and garlic powder for at least 1 hour. Slice onions, brush with marinade and grill until golden brown. Thread meat on kabob skewers, alternating shrimp and beef. Grill quickly on a barbecue, on high heat, about 350 degrees, until shrimp are browned and beef/pork are rare. Serve over grilled golden brown onions.
