Everyone loves surf and turf--a skewer filled with shrimp and beef or pork tenderloin, served on a bed of grilled Bermuda onions.

  • Servings: 2


1 lbs Deveined Shrimp
1 Pork or Beef Tenderloin, cut into bite sized cubes
2 Large Bermuda Onions
2 cups Italian Salad Dressing
1-2 tsp Garlic Powder


Marinate shrimp and beef in dressing and garlic powder for at least 1 hour. Slice onions, brush with marinade and grill until golden brown. Thread meat on kabob skewers, alternating shrimp and beef. Grill quickly on a barbecue, on high heat, about 350 degrees, until shrimp are browned and beef/pork are rare. Serve over grilled golden brown onions.
