Steak and Ale Meat Marinade

This meat marinade recipe is a mixture of pinapple juice, soy sauce, white wine, red wine vinegar, sugar and garlic.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 C. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 C. Soy Sauce
  • 1 C. Dry White Wine
  • 1/2 C. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 C. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Garlic, minced

Method

Simply mix all together. Add the meat of your choice. You can let the meat set in here up to 24 hours. Lift from marinade. I would highly suggest grilling, or even pan-frying the meat. Add a little bit of butter to the pan if you are going to cook it in a skillet.

Number of Servings: about 6 1/3 cups marinade.
