A little lemon juice and seasonings are all you need to make a meal of healthy grilled fish.
 

Ingredients

  • Juice of half a fresh lemon
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash original seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt with parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 halibut fillets, or swordfish, salmon, shark, shrimp, etc.

Method

Place seafood in container; add 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with a small amount Mrs. Dash, garlic salt, and a small squeeze of lemon. Start charcoal on grill, or preheat propane grill. Once grill is ready, mix all above listed ingredients in a small container and set aside. Grill fish 7-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Baste fish every few minutes while grilling. Serve with lemon wedges and wild rice.
