Saucy Skirts

Teriyaki, wine and garlic make a sweet-savory glaze for grilled skirt steak.
Ingredients
- 4 skirt steaks
- 4 whole garlic, crushed
- 1 jar thick teriyaki basting sauce
- 3/4 cup Merlot
- 1/2 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients, and pour over steaks. Marinate over night before grilling.
