Saucy Skirts

Teriyaki, wine and garlic make a sweet-savory glaze for grilled skirt steak.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 skirt steaks
  • 4 whole garlic, crushed
  • 1 jar thick teriyaki basting sauce
  • 3/4 cup Merlot
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
 
Method

Mix all ingredients, and pour over steaks. Marinate over night before grilling.
