Red Roasted Pepper & Peach Sauce

This sauce combines roasted red peppers, peaches, honey and garlic to make a flavorful sauce for grilled chicken.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup peaches
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • Chicken wings or other chicken parts

Method

Blend first four ingredients together until smooth. Spread on chicken prior to grilling, broiling or baking.

 

Notes: Brush on for lighter coverage, or dip smaller pieces for thick coverage.
