This is a burger you can skip putting all the condiments on top of, since most are inside the burger!

  • Servings: Makes 8 quarter pound patties
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 mins for med-rare, 18 mins for well-done
  • Total Time: 40 - 48 minutes


2 lbs Ground Sirloin
2 Large Eggs
¼ cup Chopped Pepperoncinis
¼ cup Chopped Purple Onion
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Hot Mustard
1 Tbsp Hot Horseradish
1 Tbsp a-1 Steak Sauce
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Ground Black (or White) Pepper
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Fresh Minced Onion


Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Once all ingredients are thoroughly blended together, shape into 8 quarter pound patties. Thin out the middle of each pattie to ensure even cooking. Grill and enjoy!
