Oly Joe Sauce

This sauce for grilled meats combines BBQ sauce, teriyaki marinade, honey, ketchup, beer, pepper and lemon-pepper seasoning.

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup prepared bbq sauce
• 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 4 oz. beer (1/2 cup)
• 1 Tbsp pepper (or to taste)
• 1 Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning

Method

Combine ingredients and use for your favorite bbq meats such as chicken, brushing it on during the last few minutes of cooking time to avoid burning.
