Mustard BBQ chicken

A simple, but flavorful grilled chicken--just brush with mustard, sprinkle with black pepper and grill.
 

Ingredients

  • Mustard
  • Black pepper
  • 1 whole cut up fryer chicken

Method

Brush mustard on all pieces of chicken, sprinkle with black pepper. Toss on the BBQ grill. Remove when fully cooked.

 

Notes: For more flavor, brush mustard on chicken 10 minutes before removing from grill.
