Mini Peanut Butter Bacon Burgers

Bagel bread and peanut butter are the secret to making the perfect burgers for your kids.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 package bagel bread with sesame and poppy seeds on top
- 1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Method
Heat grill to medium. In a medium bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, dry sherry, egg, and bread crumbs then mix well. Shape mixture into 8 1/2 inch thick mini patties. Grill patties over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning once. When burgers are almost finished, place mini bagel bread, flat side down, on grill until golden brown. Evenly spread peanut butter on all flats sides of bagel bread. Add bacon and mini burgers. Top with remaining bagel bread and serve.
Notes: Do not substitute for bagel bread. Kids think this is great. Takes 30 minutes to prepare. 30 minutes
