|1 lb||Swai Fish, defrosted if frozen*|
|1½ Tbsp||Olive Oil|
|1 tsp||Complete (completa) Seasoning**|
Preheat grill using a medium flame. Rub the fish with the olive oil and sprinkle on the Complete seasoning. Grill for 5-7 minutes, turn fish over and grill for another 5-7 minutes.
*Swai fish is similar to tilapia in taste, but it's thicker and better suited for the grill. **You can find Complete Seasoning in the Hispanic or International section.
