Kicked Up Rib Eye

A savory garlic and pepper rub is the perfect accompaniment for grilled rib eye steaks.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 6-8 oz rib eye steaks

Method
Pour pepper, salt and garlic into a food processor while running and process until almost smooth. Add olive oil and mix well. Rub mixture into both sides of each steak and place in a shallow dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Heat grill to high and cook steaks about 7 minutes per side for medium.
