Ground raw turkey is mixed with onion soup mix, soft bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire, mustard & garlic, shaped into patties and grilled.
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into patties. If possible, mix and shape the night before. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
Cook on an indoor grill or over a medium charcoal or gas fire. Note: if cooking over charcoal or gas, place patties on a double sheet of aluminum foil with a few holes punched in it. This will help the patties keep their shape while cooking.
