Island-Style Turkey

A white meat turkey roast is thawed slightly, sliced, and marinated in a mixture of gluten-free soy sauce, white wine, vinegar, brown sugar and ginger. The turkey slices are then grilled and served with sliced fresh pineapple, which is also grilled.
Ingredients
- 1 28 oz. Frozen White Meat Turkey Roast
- 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 fresh pineapple, sliced

Method
Partially thaw the turkey roast and cut into 12 slices. Place in a shallow dish. Mix all ingredients except pineapple and pour over turkey. Cover and chill one hour. Drain, reserving marinade for pineapple. Grill for 20-25 minutes, basting as it grills until the last 5 minutes. Add pineapple to grill; brush with marinade and grill for 5 minutes.
Notes: Serve with the slices of pineapple on top.
