
This marinade contains soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, and garlic & onion powders, may be used with beef, chicken or pork.
Place meat in large resealable bag set in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over steak; refrigerate for 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Grill quickly to seal in juices, then heat for 10-20 minutes until done. Serve on flour tortillas with pico de gallo, grilled onions, picante, and cheese. Recipe will marinate up to 8 lbs.
Notes:
The longer you marinate the more tender, but if you're going to marinate more than 24 hours, add another 1/4 cup of water so it doesn't get too salty.
