Does anyone have a George Foreman Grill?
On one of the George Foreman sites, they said after you are done cooking and the unit is unplugged and turned off to take a couple paper towels and soak them and squeeze the water out of them and lay them on the warm grill and close it. After a few minutes it will loosen the food and you can wipe it right out. Plus my grills come off of the unit so that is a nice feature. Yesterday I browned brats for in my sauerkraut....it is fun learning how to use it and for reheating leftover things it is great...Sherry8

Grilling Vegetables
I have a Holland Grill....it is gas and it doesn't flare up. I also have a second shelve I can put on to keep things from getting too dark so when vegetables look like they are just about done, I put them up higher on the rack.
I like to just brush some of the vegetables with a little olive oil and season them according to what we like...usually basil, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper..Not all at one time....except for the garlic we like on everything...Sherry8
I also have a rack I can put over the original one so nothing falls through it with smaller holes. ...
