
Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. These acids help reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and cancer as well as lower blood pressure.
Gently wash salmon fillet; dry with paper towels. Season fillet with garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, paprika, and pepper. Wrap in foil and grill until flaky.
Meanwhile, for sauce, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, capers, oregano, cumin, dill, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Drizzle yogurt sauce over salmon. Serve on a bed of rice or couscous.
Notes:
The yogurt sauce is excellent with any grilled fish or shrimp.
