
Catfish fillets are flavored with a mixture of paprika, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning, then grilled and drizzled with lemon juice.
In a small bowl mix all the seasonings together, then sprinkle over fillets as heavily as desired. Cook directly on a well-greased grill, or on aluminum foil, over low heat for approximately 8 minutes on each side. When done squeeze lemon juice over fish and serve.
