Grilled Shrimp

Shrimp are marinated in olive oil, garlic, and lemon-pepper seasoning, then threaded on skewers and grilled.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs raw shrimp (about 20 per pound count)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. parsley, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • Skewers

Method

Thaw shrimp; dry thoroughly. Combine next 4 ingredients; rub all over shrimp. Refrigerate to marinate for a few hours. Skewer 5 shrimp per stick. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes each side until shrimp is pink. Do not overcook or shrimp will be tough.
