Grilled Peppered Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

Tuna steaks are coated with cracked black pepper, grilled and served with a colorful mango, corn, roasted red pepper, jalapeno and green onion salsa.
Ingredients
- 4 fresh tuna steaks
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped, roasted red pepper
- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp.)
- Vegetable oil to brush on grill

Method
Completely coat the tuna steaks with fresh cracked pepper pressed into both sides. Lightly oil the grill rack. Grill to sear turning once, then grill approximately 6 minutes or till desired doneness. Combine all other ingredients to make a salsa. Serve grilled steaks topped with the salsa. Serve immediately.
