Glazed Chinese Chicken

Chicken breasts are grilled with an orange flavored glaze and served with fluffy white rice.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rice
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 cup Asian sesame salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup cola

Method

Pre-heat grill and cook rice on stovetop as directed on package. Mix marmalade, dressing, and cola in a sauce pan and heat over low heat. Grill chicken and cut diagonally into strips. Serve over hot rice with glaze drizzled on top.

 

Notes: Very fast and very easy. Something you can keep on hand for unexpected company.
