Garlic Lamb Burger


Lamb is seasoned with garlic, curry, rosemary & pepper, and marinated in soy sauce. It's formed into patties, cooked and served on Kaiser rolls.



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Swiss, cheddar or American Cheese slices
  • Kaiser rolls, split and toasted
  • Sliced onion
  • Grey Poupon Mustard

Method

Place lamb in mixing bowl; add garlic, curry powder, rosemary, & black pepper and mix well. Divide into 4 equal portions; make into patties. Place patties in shallow glass dish. Pour over soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes. Grill or pan fry on medium to medium-high heat 4 minutes, turn over and cook an additional 4 minutes. Turn off heat, place cheese on burger; cover and let rest for 1 minute. Place roll bottom on plate, top with burger and onion; spread top of roll with Spicy mustard and add.
