Crusted Tapenade Turkey Burgers

If you are looking for a new burger for dinner tonight, these will really spice things up with the bread crumb crust and incorporated tapenade.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup purchased roasted red pepper and artichoke tapenade
- 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
- 1 cup garlic and herb bread crumbs, divided

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the ground turkey and half a cup of the garlic and herb bread crumbs.Add the ground turkey to the bowl and gently incorporate without over mixing.Form mixture into hamburger patties.Heat a 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large frying pan on medium heat.While the pan is heating, put the 1/2 cup of the herb and garlic bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Gently press the hamburgers into the bread crumbs and then place into the heated oil. Fry until the burgers are no longer pink.
Notes:
Number of Servings: 5 or 6 depending on the size of your burgers
