Skinless and boneless chicken breast halves are marinated in a simple mixture of beer and lime juice, and then grilled.
Place chicken breasts in large baking dish or pan; cover completely with beer. Stir in lime juice. Marinate overnight. Discard marinade. Place chicken on grill over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook about 6-8 minutes on each side, turning once with tongs.
