|2 Tbsp||Achiote Paste|
|3 tsp||Chicken Flavor Bouillon Granules|
|¼ tsp||Abobo All Purpose Seasoning|
|6||Packets Sazon Goya Seasoning|
De-bone chicken and remove skin, (optional). Place chicken in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Add all other ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour over chicken and mix well. Marinate at least 2 hours. During marinating process make sure you stir and mix chicken so it is coated evenly. Before grilling rub cooking oil on the grill to prevent sticking.
You can also use 5 lbs. bone-in chicken thighs. To cook in the oven place chicken in a baking pan, skin side up, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until cooked thoroughly.
