Buffalo Sea Bass


Sea bass fillets are marinated in lemon and garlic, grilled, and served with a sauce of butter, hot sauce and lemon juice.



Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs striped sea bass fillet
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

Method

Mix garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and juice of one lemon. Marinate fish filet in this for at least one hour. Prepare a hot grill. Grill fish for 10 minutes, flip and grill for 6 to 8 minutes more until fish flakes easily. Meanwhile melt butter then add juice of one lemon and hot sauce to make Buffalo sauce. To serve, place fish on a platter and pour sauce over fish. Serve with rice pilaf.
