Ingredients:
| 2 lb | Ground Buffalo |
| 4 | Large Portobella Mushrooms |
| Olive Oil, salt, pepper | |
| 1 | Red Onion, cut into thick slices |
| 4 | Wheat Hamburger Buns, split |
| Mayonnaise | |
| a-1 Steak Sauce | |
| Bottled Hot Pepper Sauce | |
| 4 slices | Pepperjack Cheese |
Directions:
1. Clean and stuff each portobella with 1/2 pound of the ground buffalo.
2. Lightly coat mushroom with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Grill portobellas until meat is done. Add onion slices and grill until softened.
4. Grill the bun halves, cut side down, until toasted; spread mayonnaise and steak sauce on one side of the bun, and sprinkle hot sauce on the other
5. Stack portabella burger, sliced cheese, and grilled onion on buns.
