Ingredients:
| 5 lb | Ground Buffalo Meat |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Pepper |
| ⅛ tsp | Flour or Tarter |
| ¼ tsp | Celery Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Cumin |
| Finely Sliced Peppers, onion, and garlic to your taste | |
| Big Bread Board Very Clean | |
| Grill or Large Iron Skillet |
Directions:
Heat grill or skillet to medium heat and add 2 slices of buffalo bacon. Reduce heat slightly and cover. Mix all of the ingredients very thoroughly and form hamburger patties. Remove bacon from skillet and be sure the grease is covering the whole bottom of the skillet. place the hamburgers in the skillet only 1 layer deep cook 5 minutes on both sides then cook 2 minutes on each side till done and no red meat exists in the centers.
Helpful Tips:
Real buffalo meat cooks much the same as beef, but may have a hint of wild flavor at times.
