- 6 Thick slices sourdough bread
- Eggwash--3 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 tbls cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla whisked together in large bowl

Method
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place turkey sausage patties on lower level of grill. Bring water in large saucepan on side attachment just to a boil. Meanwhile, dip sourdough bread slices in the Eggwash, saturating both sides; place onto a piece of Pam-sprayed tinfoil on top rack. Once all pieces are on top, watch carefully & turn them to brown evenly. Place pineapple rings on sides to brown slightly. Carefully crack one egg at a time and place in boiling water; poach. We have an extra piece of tinfoil on our third (top) rack to keep eggs warm. Cook until white is done. We cook two to three eggs at a time just before serving time, when everything else is almost done.
Notes: You must have hot plate attachment on your grill to cook the eggs. We use eggs from "free range" chickens. This recipe takes some juggling and the whole family can help out, but it is very easy to do. It is a nice way to spend the morning and has very little clean up. We like to sit outside and be together without all the heat in the kitchen on the weekend! P.S. You can get boys to eat just about anything, including fruit, if you grill it!
Number of Servings: 6 regular people or 3 growing boys!
