Boiler Bar-BEE-Que Sauce and Fixins

Steak, sausage, chicken, and shrimp in a great marinate of molasses, hot and sweet mustard and a mesquite lime marinade, great for groups.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cups cranberry sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp hot and sweet mustard
- 1-3 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup grated onion
- 1/3 cup Newman's Own Mesquite with Lime marinade
- 5-6 lbs large chunks sirloin steak, pork country ribs, Italian sausage, chicken breast strips, ham cuts and large shrimp

Method
Mix all ingredients, except meat, and boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Cool in fridge then add meat and marinate overnight. Grill meat until done as desired. Place on 2 layers of foil, pour on remaining mixture and grill until sauce starts to boil. Turn meat to avoid burning and sticking. Slide all onto a platter and serve.
