Tender and full of flavor, these grilled pork ribs have a flare of Hawaiian flavor.
Cover slabs of ribs with water. Add salt to water. Par boil for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into portions. Mix all other ingredients in large pan. Place about 2 cups of sauce in a basting bowl. Soak ribs with remaining sauce for 3-4 hrs. Grill with mesquite wood until cooked through.
Notes:
Baste ribs with sauce in basting bowl as needed. More sauce "mo ono" (better tasting).
