Ingredients:
| 2 | Oval-shaped Buffalo Burger Patties, salted and peppered |
| Italian Bread Loaf, cut on the diagonal, in half | |
| 3 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | Crushed Garlic Cloves |
| Thinly Sliced Purple Onion | |
| Arugula | |
| Miner's (mild) or English (tart) Bleu Cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
Grill burgers, careful not to overcook, as buffalo is low in fat and cooks fast. Mix garlic into the olive oil and mayonnaise. Spread very thinly onto Italian bread. Grill the bread. The mayo/oil mixture melts. When burgers are almost done, top them with the crumbled bleu cheese. Once the cheese is soft, build the burger with the onion and arugula on the flavored Italian bread.

This is a light, tasty alternative to the standard burger. It's unusual, but still satisfying!
