Beef & Pork Burger With Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:
| ½ lb | Ground Pork |
| ½ lb | Ground Sirloin Beef |
| 3 Tbsp | Finely Chopped Onions |
| ½ tsp | Garlic Powder |
| ¼ tsp | Ground Cumin |
| ⅛ tsp | Red Pepper |
| Salt & Black Pepper, to taste | |
| 4 | Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns |
| Green Leaf Lettuce | |
| 1 | Large Tomato, sliced |
| 1 | Large Onion, sliced |
| For The Spicy Sauce | |
| ½ cup | Mayonnaise |
| ⅛ cup | A1 Sauce |
| ⅛ cup | Ketchup |
| 1 Tbsp | Mustard |
| 1 Tbsp | Texas Pete |
| or Your Favorite Hot Sauce. |
Directions:
In a large bowl, using your hands mix together pork, beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Make 4 even patties. Heat a large fry pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Serve inside hamburger buns topped with lettuce, tomato slice, onion slice, and spicy sauce.
