BBQ Porkcupine Meatballs

Ground pork, rice and barbecue sauce is mixed and then formed into balls and then grilled or cooked on the stove top.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 12 oz barbeque sauce (teriyaki flavored is suggested)
- 1/4 cup water

Method
Combine meat, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce. Mix thoroughly, shape into 20 small balls and place in skillet. Mix remaining barbeque sauce and water. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
Notes: If desired place meatballs on skewers for the grill. Baste with sauce and turn frequently. Cook over medium flame about 25 minutes.
