
Individual salmon fillets are marinated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil and fresh basil, then grilled.
Whisk together vinegar, oil, and half of the basil. Pour over salmon and let marinate for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle salt & peppercorns over fillets, grill until fully cooked. Set on serving plate and top with remaining basil.

This recipe is simple, but tasty & doesn't take much time to prepare.
